David Marshall is ACE’s Senior National Field Director, overseeing all of our paid field programming as part of our vitale civic engagement work.   Born and raised in beautiful Bucks County, Pennsylvania, David was worked in the electoral and advocacy world for over 16 years and has been part of on the ground programming all across the country.  

David is a proud graduate of Kutztown University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Political Science, and a proud graduate school dropout from the University of Central Florida  (thanks Obama).  His professional experience includes electoral and non-profit field work and campaign management in 10 states.  

At ACE, David helps to plan, implement and manage all of our paid field operations, including our large scale paid canvassing Voter Registration work.  In 2024, David is overseeing ACE’s Campus Field Fellowship, training young people on college campuses across the country to have the hard skills necessary to become professional organizers while engaging and mobilizing their communities. 

David resides in Levittown, Pennsylvania, which he believes is the center of the political universe.  Outside of work, David and his wife Beth are proud partners of two amazing kids, Ellis and Avery, and two rescue dogs, Jackson and Lola Jane.   David is a die hard Philadelphia Eagles fan, and lives up  to every stereotype that comes with that.  Before he had two young children, David used to enjoy playing disc golf.
