Unleashing the Power of Young Leaders on the Ground
ACE mobilizes youth on the ground in key geographies–Georgia, Louisiana, Minnesota, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin–where young people have outsized potential to turn the tide on the climate crisis.
ACE trains young leaders to advance climate solutions and stop fossil fuel development in their communities by using their powerful voices and votes to call for change. ACE youth speak at city council meetings, show up at the offices of state and national elected leaders, organize marches, rallies, and media events, and register and turn out their peers to vote in elections up and down the ballot.

ACE’s field civic engagement program builds diverse youth participation in democracy through high-traffic paid canvass operations to register and turnout voters in harder to reach suburban and exurban communities in the lead up to major and off-cycle elections up-and-down the ballot.
Newly, ACE launched a Campus Field Fellowship program on campuses in our field states to 1) mobilize young voters on college, university, community college and HBCU campuses and 2) train a cadre of young people who will go on to lead our and partner canvassing operations.
