Teresa is ACE’s Chief HR and Operations Officer; she supports the team and ensures a smooth functioning organization. She has been with ACE since 2017.

Teresa has 15 years of diverse Human Resources and Management experience. Previously, Teresa worked at a community health center in San Francisco, which inspired her to utilize her human resources and management knowledge to help the most vulnerable and underserved population. She has strived to live an eco-friendly lifestyle and spread the word regarding environmental challenges and climate change.

Teresa is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). In her free time, Teresa enjoys cooking, biking, traveling, and taking scenic mountain trips.
