Sophia Manzor
Action Fellow
Florida
Sophia is a member of the Broward County fellowship, and she goes to West Broward High School, and is currently a freshman. She joined the fellowship because she wants to shine light on climate change, specifically the link between political corruption and climate, and she wants to have her voice heard in the discussion. She believes that it is important for young people to be a part of the discussion because it is their future and they should be able to take control of it. Besides activism, Sophia is an officer on her school’s debate team, plays the saxophone, and sings.
