A Boston-area native, Shaun has over twenty years of experience as a political strategist working around the country to elect Democrats and promote positive public policy outcomes. He is a veteran of Democratic campaigns, Democratic Party Committees, labor unions, climate nonprofits, progressive coalitions, and advocacy organizations. His recent work includes consulting on programs in support of U.S. Senate and gubernatorial campaigns. He served as the National Coordinated Campaigns Director for the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee during the pivotal 2020 cycle, culminating in the successful 2021 runoff elections that shifted the chamber to Democratic control. Prior to that, Shaun was the Vice President of the Campaigns Department at the League of Conservation Voters, where he was a principal architect of its electoral, issue advocacy, and accountability campaigns. He has also held senior leadership positions at the DNC, the AFL-CIO, and the United Steelworkers.

In his free time, Shaun is an avid fly fisherman, a passionate aficionado of blues music, a regular traveler, and the owner of an energetic chocolate Portuguese Water Dog named Muddy Waters.
