Noemy is always willing to share her knowledge of native plants in Wisconsin. She finds them to be an essential component when combating climate change.  When it comes to water quality they act as a natural filter and are able to soak up water in times of floods. The species are also suited perfectly to the environment and have evolved to keep the planet stable. Because of her strong belief she has created restoration, awareness events and gardens that celebrate these species. 

Noemy’s interest in protecting the environment has grown over the last couple of years with the establishment In Pursuit Of Sunshine. She is most excited about working with ACE to create systemic change in elected leadership and working with other fellows to create change.
