Eryn is a Research Analyst at ACE based in Richmond, Virginia. Eryn conducts messaging and evaluation research to build evidence-based support for ACE’s education and campaign initiatives.
Eryn earned her Ph.D. in science communication from George Mason University’s Center for Climate Change Communication (GMU 4C) in 2023. She also holds an M.P.S. in Weather, Climate, and Society from the University of Miami’s Rosenstiel School of Marine, Atmospheric, and Earth Science and a B.S. in Environmental Science from the University of Virginia.
Prior to joining ACE, Eryn was a postdoctoral research fellow at the University of Pennsylvania with the Penn Center for Science, Sustainability, and the Media where her work focused on climate and health equity and energy justice communication. She also has experience running a climate change communication internship as part of a partnership between the National Park Service and GMU 4C.
In her free time, Eryn enjoys reading, hiking, trying out new hobbies, and exploring new places.
