Currently a student at Harvard College, Drake Du is an alumni of the Youth Advisory Board of Action for the Climate Emergency (ACE) where he was one of 10 members across the United States. In this capacity, he helped inform the #Let’sTalkAboutIt mental health campaign and was interviewed by the MacArthur Foundation on organizing around climate solutions in Ohio. Drake also works on the organization-wide Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Team of ACE as one of 7 members across the United States. In this capacity, he helped review the organization-wide Guide for Requesting Demographic Information and inform a diversity audit of ACE’s Board of Directors.

Outside of ACE, Drake is a member of the Council of Student Sustainability Leaders of the Office for Sustainability at Harvard University. In this capacity, he provided feedback on the second-generation Harvard University Sustainability Plan and was selected to represent Harvard University at the 2022 Earthshot Prize Awards Ceremony.

In his free time, Drake enjoys developing technology for social good and learning about the many different genera of orchids.
