Representation matters because it is the key to uplifting the next generation of thinkers and doers. Seeing someone who looks like you in a setting different than your own unlocks doors into a new world of possibilities. Keep advocating for representation by uplifting other’s who are different than you. It takes just one person to become the next generation’s inspiration.
