Paris- Here's How We Fight Back feat

This month, we were all set to kick off ACE’s spring giving campaign by celebrating the achievements of ACE youth climate leaders, teachers and students. Rather, we find ourselves engulfed in a cloud of climate denial at the highest levels of our government. President Donald Trump has made his intentions clear to pull the United States out of the Paris Climate Agreement, thus threatening our place as a global energy and economic leader.

Moreover, the callous message being sent to young people is that they don’t have a right to a safe and prosperous future. When our leaders devalue the future of our youth, especially youth from communities severely affected by climate change, ACE fights back by delivering award-winning climate science education and pathways to take action.

Won’t you please make your generous tax-deductible donation today to help ACE fight back?

When young people better understand the science of our world, they make critical connections.  As ACE Fellow Mikey Lampel from New York City explains, “The thing I learned the most was how climate change can be so much a social justice issue, and how it affects so many people disproportionately to others… How it’s so intertwined with pretty much every other world issue.”

Paris- Here's How We Fight Back 2

When our nation’s leaders blatantly ignore issues of justice and deny the importance of our global leadership in the Paris Climate Agreement, ACE is there to educate and empower young leaders like Mikey, as well as teachers, students and parents during this time of growing uncertainty.

Please give as generously as you can to ACE. Our youth are depending on you.
