NGSS LogoACE attracted some media attention after the unveiling of the updated Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS).

ACE is excited about NGSS, especially the inclusion of climate change in the standards – it’s a huge step forward for science education in the U.S. For the first time, these standards explicitly address human-caused climate change as well as human solutions. Students have a right to know about climate change and this is the perfect opportunity to improve their understanding of this key subject.
