Rochelle is ACE’s Associate Program Director and has been with ACE since 2011. She has educated over 90,000 students with the ACE Assembly and has trained hundreds of students in public speaking, climate justice, campaign organizing, and project planning.

Rochelle attended Azusa Pacific University and majored in Sociology and Global Studies. She participated in the Middle East Studies Program in Cairo, Egypt to better understand her ethnic and cultural background, as well as the political, social, and environmental realities in the region.

Rochelle also lived in an intentional community in rural Georgia where she was an ESL teacher and helped run an organic farm. In 2010 she moved to South Korea and taught ESL to grades K-8 for one year. When she returned to the U.S., she served as a Field Manager for Environment California, campaigning to ban the plastic bag in the state of California. She’s glad this has finally become a reality!

She loves yoga, spicy food, and hanging out with her pup Olive.
