During Taylan’s sophomore year in high school, she had the opportunity to travel to the National Power Shift Conference in Pittsburgh, while serving as a youth media team member for ACE. At Power Shift, she co-facilitated a workshop to train students on how to amplify their voice on climate change, using media tools and outlets.
