Phillip joined ACE in 2023 as the Head of Campaigns and Civic Engagement. Phillip leads ACE’s campaigns and civic engagement teams who work to amplify the voice of communities in solving the climate crisis. He comes to ACE after serving in the Biden White House and as White House Liaison at NASA and the Department of Homeland Security. Prior to federal service, Phillip led the Biden campaign’s coalitions in Georgia, where he also advised the coordinated campaign to win two U.S. Senate seats and the Senate majority. To date, Phillip has helped elect twenty public officials across the country from school board to the President. Phillip earned his B.S. in Business Management from Pepperdine University and lives in the Ann Arbor, Michigan area where he coaches high school basketball across the street from the University of Michigan stadium. His pride and joy is his daughter.
