Austen DiPalma is ACE’s Director of Digital Strategy. He develops and executes paid digital media campaigns to drive awareness and action on ACE’s social, digital, and video content. Austen also provides strategic insight on ACE’s digital properties to improve conversion performance.
Austen joins ACE after successfully running paid social and digital ads for clients in the tourism, education, entertainment, and CPG verticals. Prior to his digital marketing roles, Austen performed in traditional sales and marketing roles, as an on-air radio producer, an experiment presenter at a children’s museum, a playwright, and more.
Austen received his B.A. in Advertising Communications from Florida State University. He was the Director of the FSU Model United Nations program, which led to a lifetime passion for discussion, justice, progress, and conservation. Austen is currently serving as a member of the Mecklenburg County Parks and Recreation Stewardship Advisory Committee, where he works with other members of the community to expand park services and improve equity.
Austen lives with his wife and sons in Charlotte, NC. He enjoys going to parks, listening to records, gardening, vintage things, and performing comedy.
