Kevin Olivarez is a 21-year-old from Las Vegas who worked with ACE in high school, eventually representing his school at the Green Schools National Conference. Since then, he's been applying his passion for a healthy environment to his daily life.
On June 4th, a ragtag group of youth in matching white ACE t-shirts wandered the annual Jimmy Fund Scooper Bowl, an all-you-can-eat ice cream bonanza held to raise money for cancer. However, this sweet treat was the end of a demanding leg of the long journey towards climate justice.
