|May 13, 2010
It’s prom and graduation season, which can only mean one thing: amazing nights with amazing friends in gorgeous outfits! But, we did a little digging and found out that there’s a big cost to our wallets AND our planet!
Did you know the average teen spends around $550 on her prom dress, ALONE!?! That comes to around $100 per hour of prom!! I had to wonder… does it have to be so expensive? And do we have to buy a new dress to look amazing? Check out our quest for the perfect prom dress:
And, now, the QUEST FOR THE GREEN PROM DRESS CHALLENGE!!
Post a picture of how you’re greening up your prom on our Facebook wall between May 12-May 31 and you’ll be entered to win a $100 debit card to use on your special night
Check out these videos Kara and I found and put together to help you get started greening your prom AND your life!
