Will Burnett is from Boston, Massachusetts from the West Roxbury area. He is currently a junior at Boston Latin School (BLS). Heading into his junior year his interests include art, art history, environmental studies, and communications.

Will cares about climate change because from his humble beginnings in BLS YouthCAN, to attending Powershift in 2013 with ACE, the same two words have driven his fight for our climate: youth empowerment. Seeing as the new generation of teens and young adults is now responsible for taking the environment and changing it for the better, we should be taken seriously and we should be given a voice.

As a budding artist, Will hopes to bring his artistic skills to the environmental world. Giving people a visual and allowing them to take meaning from a piece of artwork or design piece is one of the most effective ways to get a message across. Design and art are extremely important to Will, who hopes to enter college majoring in visual arts.

After attending an ACE presentation at his school given by Rouwenna Lamm and Brian Stilwell, there was no turning back. He can't wait to be a part of the ACE Action Fellowship this year.
