At least twice a week, I get asked, “What do you eat to stay healthy?” To answer that question, I created a quick video to explain how I get all the necessary vitamins and nutrients from a plant-based diet.
So go ahead Do One Thing (DOT) and try it for one meal or one day. Take some babysteps, because all you have to do is take one little step at a time and you can do anything.
