This November, ACE gives thanks to youth climate heroes like you. We want to reward you for your work to make your school a greener place. Drumroll please…… today, we’re announcing:

The Amazing ACE Race!

WHAT: This semester, Action Teams across the country are competing to get the most stars for their climate-related projects. (Stars are what a team gets every time they complete a project to help cool the climate – you get stars by telling ACE about your project.)

PRIZE = the ACE Power Pack:
* HD Flip Cam for keeps
* Be featured on acespace.org!
* In-person visit from an ACE educator + certificate of achievement

HOW: It’s easy to win. Just complete projects, tell ACE and earns stars.

To tell ACE about your projects, follow these 3 simple steps: 1. click here, 2. find your school in the drop down menu and 3. describe what you did! It takes about a minute – and the rewards are big.

Here in NYC we’ve had teams earn stars for planting school gardens, recycling broken cellphones, organizing locker clean out days, power down days and much much more.

DEADLINE: The contest ends December 2. That means you’ve got about a month to race to the finish line.
